Am Samstag nach Ostern kamen zum 41. Frankfurt Spring Ball ins Volkshaus Enkheim zwar etwas weniger Gäste als sonst, aber die knapp achzig Tänzerinnen und Tänzer aus ganz Deutschland und z. T. noch weiter weg verbrachten einen fröhlichen Samstag Abend, genossen das Ambiente, das passend nicht zu heiße Klima, die prima Musik, genug Platz auf und neben der Tanzfläche und natürlich das leckere Büffet.30 January 2009: With the Royal Air Force near Ramstein

Like in the previous two years we were asked to provide dance-calling, ceilidh music with a short demonstration of Scottish Country Dancing at this year's Burns Night organised by a unit of the Royal Air Force at Ramstein.23 January 2009: Burns Supper -- British Chamber of Commerce, Germany

It was a truly splendid event, the first Burns Supper arranged by the British Chamber of Commerce in the Freimaurer Loge »Zur Einigkeit« in Frankfurt. Despite the truly unpleasant wintry weather conditions 45 dancers from near and far came together to dance and meet each other in the Haus der Jugend in Frankfurt. Anselm Lingnau taught dances fitting the motto »Silver Rose and Loch Ness Monster« - dances connected with flora and fauna.

19 October 2008: Frankfurt Intercultural Weeks Final Party

For the second time in as many years we took part in the varied final event of the Frankfurt Intercultural Weeks at the Volkshaus Enkheim, which again let us be part of a diverse cultural assortment of culinary and performance delights.

As our contribution to the Frankfurt Intercultural Weeks (28 September to 19 October) we held an Open Night and Ceilidh, instead of the regular dance evening.
